Academic, Clinical And Inheriting Study On The Spleen And Stomach Of The Ma Sect In The Menghe Medical Sect

Objective:To sum up and arrange the formation,development,academic features and study status quo of the Ma sect in the Menghe medical sect.To generalize,inherit and move forward the academic thoughts and clinical experiences of the spleen and stomach of the Ma sect.To research the inheritance laws of their academic thoughts to enlighten the current cultivation of Chinese medicine talents for reference.Methods:Under the tutor guiding,the author studied the academic thoughts,clinical experiences and inheritance laws of the spleen and stomach of the Ma sect.â‘ To choose four outstanding physicians in all of the related medical materials.â‘¡To generalize the academic thoughts of the spleen and stomach,the rich experiences in treating the illness or related illness of four outstanding physicians' case works.â‘¢To clarify their academic thoughts and clinical experiences in the theory of the spleen and stomach.â‘£To summarize the inheritance laws of their academic thoughts,and research the guiding function of the inheritance laws to promote the current cultivation of Chinese medicine talents,on the basis of summarizing their unique academic thoughts and clinical experiences.Results:â‘ The Menghe Ma sect physicians are inheriting,common and complementary in studying the theory of the spleen and stomach,treating the illness or related illness of the spleen and stomach.â‘¡Their unique diagnosis methods should be referred in disease of the spleen and stomach.â‘¢Their unique therapy should also be paid attention to.â‘£The regular rule during their becoming famous doctors could be a general significance in the education of new generation.Conclusions:â‘ All of the Menghe Ma sect physicians thought highly of the theory of the spleen and stomach,and the stomach Qi is always protected in treatment of diseases because it is considered as the acquired root of human body.â‘¡The Ma sect physicians have great contributions to the development of TCM,especially in the spleen and stomach theory."Pure,gentle and light"is a clearly feature of them in syndrome differentiation and usage of herbs.â‘¢The Ma sect physicians learned from each other and did a lot of work in medical education,and these have guiding functions to the current cultivation of Chinese medicine talents.â‘£This study on the Ma sect in the Menghe medical sect would be a good example of other subjects of TCM.
