Study On The Treatment Regularity Of Jaundice,Tympanites And Nausea By Menghe Scholarly Sect

Objective:Through collecting, collating, mathematical statistics mining the medical record, medical note and treatment regularity of jaundice, tympanites and nausea by Menghe scholarly sect, concluding the experiences in treatment, and further exploring formula regularity of these diseases, to offer some assistance to the document research and the treatment of these diseases.Methods:Collecting and sorting the medical record, medical note and treatment of jaundice, tympanites and nausea by Menghe scholarly sect, using frequency analysis, association rules analysis and cluster analysis mining method, and using Microsoft Office Excel2013, IBM SPSS Modeler15.0and IBM SPSS20.0to mine the data, and then discussing the treatment regularity of Menghe scholarly sect.Results:Frequency statistics analysis shows that the drug is mainly drugs for eliminating Dampness, drugs for eliminating dampness and Heat-clearing drugs in the document of jaundice; frequency statistics analysis shows that the drug is mainly drugs for eliminating dampness, drugs for eliminating Dampness and the drugs of promoting blood circulation in the document of tympanites; frequency statistics analysis shows that the drug is mainly Qi Regulating drug, drugs for dispelling internal Cold and drugs for dispelling internal Cold in the document of nausea. Association rules analysis suggests that there is strong association rules between the herbs and the herbs. R type cluster analysis receives seven drug combination clustering in the documents of jaundice, seven in the documents of tympanites, five in the documents of nausea.Conclusions:The treatment regularity of jaundice, tympanites and nausea by the Menghe scholarly sect shows as follow:Taking care of the middle-Jiao, Promoting Qi of Middle Jiao and water move. The idea of prescribing is moderate, lightly and well-proportioned.
