ObjectiveThe thesis research makes use of these knowledge and technology based on complex network theory, network topology theory and traditional chinese medicine meridian system theory. To build up the model of network real data analysis structure created by body acupoint clinical research, innovating new research framework, processes and analysis procedure to developing and exploring connection corresponding relationship between several syndrome simultaneously. The research uses evidence medicine theory conjugating with complex networks structure characteristic analysis methodology to demonstrate the network structure overlapping motif three dimensional model based on five factors using brain disease, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, syndrome differentiation, acupoint, meridian and etc. for simulating and verifying results to optimizing clinical treatment acupoint usage portfolios and syndrome curative effect.MethodsThe thesis research in estimating, analyzing and graph-drawing for the network structure overlapping motif three dimensional model based on five factors using brain disease, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, syndrome differentiation, acupoint, meridian and etc., it makes use of SPSS 15.0, UCINET 6.186 and NetDraw 2.076 for Windows to compute all real data of clinical research real data sampling survey, after analyzing to demonstrate the brain disease treatment acupoint complex networks structure characteristics with several analysis processes such as Cohesion, Subgroups/Cliques, Centrality Measures, Group Centrality, Roles and Positions, Power Law and Networks Graph.Results & analysesThe research finishes all brain disease apoplexy (stroke) treatment acupoint complex networks structure characteristics analysis, then establishes the relative acupoint network structure and draws out all sub-graphs and the entirety graphs in brain disease apoplexy (stroke). The results of brain disease apoplexy relative acupoint network structure characteristics all fit for requirements and limits of theories, and evidences these quantitative data analyzed in the range of optimizing.The research evidences five factors using brain disease, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, syndrome differentiation, acupoint, meridian and etc. could be successfully to simulate and verify results to optimizing clinical treatment acupoint usage portfolios and syndrome curative effect.Results and analyses such as the following, the best brain disease apoplexy (stroke) acupuncture and moxibustion therapy treatment is major in "traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy".
