Objective:The research, for the first time, compared and studied the two treatment methods clinically and randomly to provide the most directly bases for using acusector, Chinese medicine proved recipe or acupuncture to improve the therapeutic efficacyMethods:The research sampled 118 confirmed cervical vertigo cases,62 and 56 of which were divided into the acusector and Sibelium Chinese Medicine groups at 1:1 to observe their differences before and after treatment, clinical symptoms and physical signs. Referring to the methods and instruments, the research applied national-recognized Wu Scoring and TCD inspection by Color Doppler ultrasound branded Eleare Sonoline of Siemens, West Germany as well as RENT:D-Dimer Plus produced by Western Germany. Results:comparing with the group of the medicine, the Rid analysis indicated Z=3.591 and P=0.001 with significant differences, meaning that the effect of theacupuncture group is better than the medicine group but there is no significant difference in clinical symptoms before and after treatment (P>0.05). But comparing the scores of headache, neck pain and shoulder pain of two groups, the scores of the acupuncture group was better (p<0.01), it is indicated that the acupuncturing effects are equally to the Sibelium in improving dizzy, but better than the Sibelium in improving shoulder ache, back ache and neck ache. Conclusion:According to the research, the electric-acupuncture treatment has obvious good effects on the cervical vertigo both in improving vertigo and headache, shoulder pain and back pain caused by the cervical vertebra pathologic differences. Comparing the blood Ddi value of the two groups before and after treatment, there is no significant difference in Ddi contained in blood (P>0.05). However, the DDi content of electric-acupuncture after treatment is decreased prominently (P<0.01), meaning that the acupuncturing of the Jiaji points can decrease Ddi content in the blood significantly for the cervical vertigo patients. At last, the research is also important in instructing the clinical to select the best acupuncture points and it is a base for further research of the Cervical Vertigo.
