Our subject team took systemic lupus erythematosus as the focal point and researched the importance of the Stasis,heat and toxin in systemic lupus erythematosus pathogenesis from theoretical research,experiment research and clinical research.The literature studies showed the clinical manifestation of haemostasi such as Pain,fever, ecchymosis,bleeding,lump,Sink pulse,unsmooth pulse,slow-irregular pulse.Its pathogenetic condition are often repeated and most of course is longer than others disease. Heat clinical manifestation:Hyperpyrexia,pyrophobia,consumption of YIN fluid,wind symptom,bleeding and so on. Toxin clinical manifestation:Coma, delirious speech, jaundice, macule, leak,vomit,edema,uroschesis,constipation,accumulation,pyocutaneous disease and so on. Stasis,heat and toxin clinical manifestation in Medical Department:pain,general fever,purpura,macula,which is coincident with the clinical manifestation,condition,turnover of the systemic lupus erythematosus.We have systemically deepgoing studied the ancient and modern document on SLE, carried out its etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs by statistical analysis,medication, discovered stasis,heat and toxin is main pathology factor of SLE activity.Clinical research Objective To observe the effect of MRL/lpr mouse related cytokine expression by coolling blood,dispeling stasis and resolving toxin,and discuss the action of stasis,heat and toxin in systemic lupus erythematosus generation. Method the MRL/lpr mice were divided into five groups,the model group,the negative group,the traditional Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group,the Chinese and western medicine group,the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated by Chinese medicine compound prescription, the western medicine group were treated by the pred and CTX. To observe the change of anti ds-DNA and AnuA in serum and the MMP-9,TGF-β,TNF-α,VEGF and TM expression in kidney. Results The MMP-9,TNF-a,VEGF,TM express high in the model group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and the Chinese and western drugs group can decline the MMP-9,TNF-a,VEGF expression,the western medicine group can decline the MMP-9,VEGF expression,but it is little influence to the TNF-aexpression.As for the TM,the traditional Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group,the Chinese and western drugs group have declined its expression,though there are not have statistics significance.Conclusion the effect of MRL/lpr mouse related cytokine expression by coolling blood,removing stasis and resolving toxin of Chinese medicine compound prescription and modern medicine treatment are basic consistent,and they have coordinated partly on with their function,which prompted the stasis,heat and toxin have the importent role in the systemic lupus erythematosus onset which has showed the stasis heat toxin existence.Clinical research:124 cases SLE patients in hospital from the rheumatism department the People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province during in 2009.1-2010.4. Literature and clinical researching,we think stasis,heat,toxin are relevant with symptom physical sign such as facial rash /erythema,ulcer of oral cavity,skin blood vessel inflammation/thrombus,Nail erythema,frostbite like rash,Renaud phenomenon,purpura,fever,abdominal pain,restlessness,epilepsy, hepatomegaly /splenomegaly,lymph node swollen.The laboratory index related to stasis:blood platelet, blood coagulation function, D-D, fat of blood, ACL etc. the laboratory index related to heat such as ESR, CRP etc.The laboratory index related to toxin(specific antibodies,immune index):IGG, C3, anti-ENA. We find stasis heat toxin relevant symptoms and physical sign have taken sizable proportion in systemic lupus erythematosus.The stasis relevant laboratory index the fat of blood, blood coagulation function,D-D,and the toxin relevant the antibodies have taken sizable proportion too.By the relevance analysis of symptom, physical sign and clinical labs index,we find that the symptom,physical sign and clinical labs index of stasis, heat and toxin has multiple and intersectional relevance each other. In the medicine treatment,90.20% of case were used the drugs to remove blood stasis,60.70% of case were used the antiplatelet/anti-clotting drug.It is obvious that the main pathologic factor of the systemic lupus erythematosus is stasis heat and toxin,and stasis throughout the course of disease,It provides clinical statistic data for stasis heat and toxin which have play the important role in lupus activity.Based on the research of toxic heat and blood stasis pathogenesis,we try to supplement and perfect the blood stasis toxic heat theory in the medical refractory disease,and in order to provide the basis for the stasis heat and toxin treatment.
