With the deepening of research on foreign language curriculum, the foreign language curriculum is divided into two big categories for language teaching and culture teaching in the education field, it makes people understand curriculum more scientific and opened a new land for the research of foreign language curriculum. But the culture teaching of foreign language as new concepts and the research category, academic researches on it is still not perfect, in cross-cultural communication for its special efficacy recognition is yet to be deepened. In the 21st century, the interactive relationship between language and culture need to further in the research of foreign language teaching. Contemporary culture is the biggest break through placing language environment to examine, especially from the cultural stance to understand a foreign language teaching content is one of the most important fields in the curriculum theory research. Therefore, to research the foreign language from the cultural stance complies with the development trend of the research on foreign language teaching. This study is based on the background of multicultural education to show the realistic requirement of foreign language learning in foreign language teaching, exploration definitions of the culture, implications of the cultural stance, the relationships between language and culture, foreign language teaching and culture of sexual response to these problems, the depth of understanding and foreign language culture, also conduce to more scientific guiding cross-cultural communication practice. This paper is divided into six chapters,3,4,5 and 6 chapter is the key, and including the second chapter of this part of the cultural adaptation is a core idea or innovations.The first part of the thesis, namely, the first chapter, from the relationship theory perspective of language discusses the relationship between language, culture and foreign language teachings. Explore foreign language, as a kind of cultural problems; first of all, we need to answer "what is culture?" Although people have known the culture a lot, the concept is also used in life, but the statement has a lot of kinds. Therefore, this article is discussed with marked sharply from the perspective of the relationship to clarify the contents of the foreign language curriculum.The second part of the paper, namely in the second chapter, multicultural perspective from foreign language education and culture discussed the problem of transition. Foreign language education research, it's necessary to fully grasp the cultural development process, from the current culture and traditional culture and modern culture to the postmodern culture as foreign language courses provide thinking direction cultural education. The chapter also explores the foreign language education of foreign language education cultural stance and two aspects of cultural adaption to grasp foreign language education and cultural interrelationship.The third part of the thesis, namely,3,4,5 and 6 these four chapters from practical perspective, discussed the specific cultural teaching of foreign language curriculum. In this part, research the culture of foreign language education from the target, contents and the way. Based on "why to teach ", "what to teach" and "how to teach" to think about the problems of foreign language curriculum, the lack of cultural stance of traditional questions in foreign language teaching, criticize the concept of knowledge, made clear the ideal stance in foreign language teaching, and of cultural construction on how to implement the strategy of cultural responsive and teaching students'intercultural communicative ability is discussed in this paper.
