The Anomie And Reconstruction About The Morality Of The Science And Technology On The Background Of Risk Society

With the modernization highly developed, the world has entered into risk society from industrial society gradually. The science and technology become one of the most important factors which promote the forming of the risk society, when the science and technology brings maximal convenience and generous material repay, it also brings a lot of potential risk and negative effects, they are often found in the products of science and technology rapidly developed such as(nuclear, biology, chemistry)large-scale killing weapons, transgenic products, new composite materials and so on. The risk of science and technology become vital risk in the risk society. The risk of science and technology in risk society is global, destructive, unmeasured and hard to be forecast. In today's society, the logic has changed from production and distribution of wealth in industrial society to production and distribution of risk gradually, and the concerns of human has also changed from "I'm hungry" in traditional society to "I'm afraid" in risk society. Therefore,in order to control the risk of science and technology to the minimum in risk society to maintain the safety and harmony of the society, in this paper, it put the moral anomie of science and technology during the research activities about science and technology as a starting point, by the specific analysis and research about the internal reasons(the reasons about levels of subject and value)and external causes(the reasons about levels of institution and education)to explore a way of reconstruction about the morality of science and technology on the background of risk society. The concrete contents are as follows:On the basis of the introduction about the theory on the background of risk society, the present research situation on the anomie and reconstructions about the morality of science and technology at home and abroad, the theoretical and practical value of researching the anomie and reconstruction about the morality of the science and technology on the background of risk society at present, first of all. this paper discusses relevant meaning and value about the morality of science and technology, the risk society' s impaction on morality of science and technology, the meaning, specific performance and negative impactions on the background of risk society, then, it from the inside out to analyze the reasons which cause the moral anomie of science and technology on the levels of subject, value, institution and education on the background of risk society, on the basis of this, the paper proposes to set mutual unity of seeking truth and good, mutual unity of universal and national, mutual unity of forward-looking and realistic as goals to reconstruct the morality of science and technology on the background of risk society, in order to realize the goals, we should obey the principle of preservation about security policy, the principle of ecological harmony and the principle of public participation. Finally, this paper according to the reasons about the moral anomie of science and technology, obeys the principles of the reconstructions about the morality of science and technology in order to realize the goals of reconstructions about the morality of science and technology. It advances the specific approaches of solving the problems from internal reasons to external causes on the levels of subject, value, institution of science and technology and moral education in colleges and universities on the background of risk society.
