The paper moves from a system level to a ideological andcultural level and finally push forward to a literature performance level,deepening progressively. The paper has chosen the mostrepresentative writers or works to show the integral style change of theliterature and the way the social and historical change acted on theliterature through analysing the links between the works and the spirit ofthe time to reveal deep reasons of the literary evolution. The ecolutionof the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty literature is the result of drasticchange of the time. The cause is not a result of unilateral external forces,but a complex process which consists of a significant transfer, choosingwhat to accept and appearing differently.
