Study On Guo Mo-ruo's Early Mind Poetics: In A Vision Field Of Comparative Poetics

This paper tries to use the methodology of comparative poetics and cultural interpretation and the updated research results, especially in the 1980 s. It bends wholly on the exploration of the relationship between Guo Mo-ruo's early poetry thought and traditional culture, western poetry thought and literature creation practice. It tries to illustrate the true story of Guo Mo-ruo's early mind poetics and its structure in an attempt to explore its theory value, so as to offer some high-light on Guo Mo-ruo's early poetics research and modern literature theory .The paper is divided into three parts. The first part (Chapter One ) on the base of Guo Mo-ruo's early poetics structure, puts forth the new idea of "Modem mind poetics" and furthers the research work on Guo - Mo-ruo's poetics discourse and its intrinsic relationship by demonstration of feeling as a core. At the same time some paraphrase work is dons upon those ignored and contradicted in Guo Mo-ruo' s early poetics. The second part (Chapter 2,3,4) is the body of the paper. This part using the method of comparative poetics and Chinese and western cultural interpretation bends on the complicated relationship between Guo Mo-ruo's early mind poetics and traditional culture, western arts thought and his practice. This author believes that Guo Mo-ruo's early poetics is the result of era contradictions of various parts, which forms the special figure, different from western and Chinese traditional poetics. For the third part (ChapterS) upon the base of the aforesaid two parts, the research target is put in the course of Chinese modern poetics development to explore its theory devotion and hints for modern poetics discourse structure. It also objective points out the limit of Guo Mo-ruo' s early poetics.
