Ai Siqi is a known Marxist philosopher at home and overseas and is also an outstanding operator of our party's theory. He makes great contribution to the spread and development of Marxist philosophy in China. In the history of the spread and development of Marxist philosophy, his position is only inferior to Li da. Therefore, when narrating and studying the history of the development of Marxist philosophy and modern philosophy, we can't ignore Ai Siqi. His position is special and important. For summing up the historical experience of the spread and development of Marxist philosophy in China, studying the philosophy way that Ai Siqi experienced is of great importance.According to the principle that history and logic is uniform, the thesis uses the philosophy activities of Ai Siqi as its clue, takes the philosophy theory contribution of Ai Siqi as its main content, and inspects comparatively roundly and systematically the development way of Ai Siqi's philosophy. The philosophy activities of Ai Siqi can be divided into three periods, namely Shanghai period, Yan'an period and Beijing period. During every period, the philosophy activities of Ai Siqi all have its character and make its contribution in theory. Ai Siqi became famous during his Shanghai period. During this period, Ai Siqi mainly did two things——writing the book "popular philosophy" and criticizing false Marxist Yeqing, which made him reputed and became a new star rising slowly. His succeeding in writing the book "popular philosophy" initiated the way of the popularization of Marxist philosophy, which had great social effect. Ai Siqi was the most influencing person who was the most successful in the popularization of philosophy. He was the forerunner and mirror of the popularization of philosophy. Criticizing Yeqing's philosophy made Ai Siqi's influence expand and also guarded, propagandized and popularized Marxist philosophy, which manifested one facet of Ai Siqi as a fighter. After the War of Resistance Against Japan broke out, Ai Siqi answered the call of the Party Central Committee, headed for Yan'an quickly and began the revolutionary life during Yan'an period. Ai Siqi matured during Yan'an period. During this period, Ai Siqi put forward "the Chinalization of Marxist philosophy", which was the further development and deepening of the popularization of philosophy and was of great importance. He was the first person who put forward "the Chinalization Marxist philosophy". During Yan'an period, Ai Siqi engaged in the research activities of philosophy theory under the direct lead of Mao Zedong and the Party Central Committee. He participated in the movement of rectifying the working style of the Party and criticized the reactionary philosophy of Kuomintang. At the same time, he publicized and expounded Mao Zedong's philosophy idea. Yan'an period was the autumn of the development of Ai Siqi's philosophy idea.
