Human reproductive technique includes traditional techniques of controlling birth (include contraception, abortion and sterilization) and modern assisted reproductive technique (such as artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization and clone technique); At the same time, it involves unavoidably hereditary intervening and stem cell technique (such as prenatal examination for hereditary diseases, distinguishing and identifying for gene, sex selection and cultivating stem cell.)The contents of this dissertation are mainly concerning the ethical problem and the ethical judgment of modern assisted reproductive technique and hereditary consultation technique. It includes three parts: the introduction to this dissertation as the basis of the paper, chapter two to chapter seven being its main part (the ethical analysis of modern reproductive technique) and the appendix about correlated discussion(the ethical analysis of traditional technique of controlling birth)The introduction: the exploration of human reproductive technique is based on two premise, they are goals of eugenics and medicine. At the same time, it also involves our morals of life, namely the view of holiness of life and the value of life and the quality of life. I think that, the essence of the theory of holiness of life is in a state of inertia to life and removes the role of medicine; the theory of value of life is exposed its moral hypocrite because it confirms value and denies life; the theory of quality of life affirms the necessity of existence of life through quality of life, has real manipulation and is the most scientific and basic theory of thinking ethically the life-controlling technique. The ethical analysis of modern reproductive technique is the main part of this dissertation. It is made up of six propositions.Modem reproductive technique means the methods that replace some or all steps of human natural reproduction process with knowledge, technique and methods of modem biomedicine. There are three kinds of the most basic reproductive techniques': artificial insemination, external insemination andasexual reproduction (cloning technique).Artificial insemination (chapter two) is a method that injects sperms into women's body with artificial technique and makes them fertilized in the oviduct to reach the goal of being pregnant, which replaces the intercourse of natural reproductive process. This technique is used to solve sterility of husband. Artificial insemination is divided into two kinds: artificial insemination of husband (AIH) and artificial insemination of donor (AID). The discussion and objection of morality concentrate on artificial insemination of donor between no spouses. The reasons of objection mainly are these: it destroys the relation of marriage and family, causes chaos of relative relations, and may lead to the families without fathers, it challenges on the children's informed right, may bring out marriage of blood relations and the commercialization of sperms . This dissertation believes that the most ethical value of artificial insemination lies in satisfying women's child-bearing right and the desire that some families want to have their blood children. In order to avoid the ethical chaos of artificial insemination technique, we can enforce ethical and lawful norms to the artificial insemination technique. From the angle of ethics, the artificial insemination should insist on these moral principles: principle of grasping strictly indication and controling the applicable scope; principle of informed consent for men or women being operated; principle of medical confidentiality and not knowing each other; principle of guaranteeing the quality of reproduction.External insemination (chapter three) is popularly called test-tube baby. It is the technique that a sperm and an ovum drawn respectively with artificial methods finishes fertilization in the tube, forms the blastocysts and transplants them in women's uterus to grow up. This technique resolves mainly the issue of women's no pregnancy, it replaces the pha...
