The issue of economic interests has stuck out since China.s economic reform, about which people are increasingly concerned. On the memorial to the twentieth anniversary of the third session of the eleventh National People.s Congress, Jiang Zhe ming pointed out that the deeper the reform went, the better we should realize and cope with all kinds of economic relationships, joining up the interests between the personal and the society, the interests between the local and the whole, the interests between the present and the long run. Only in that way, can the reform and construction gain the widest support from the mass. It indicates that it is urgent for us to study the issue of the economic interests of the primary period in socialism China. There have been many researches about the economic interests including the economic interests in the course of China.s reform, the economic interests in the real estate, the economic interests in the share stock corporation, and the economic interests about the sustainable development. However, the study on the evaluation of the economic interests relationship is rare. Since Chinese economic reforming and opening, the interests conflicts on resources allocation, market occupying, produce, employment, and income distribution become more and more outstanding. Meanwhile, in the course of Chinese economic institution reforming, interests conflicts are reflecting directly or indirectly on the deeper interests relationships owing to the incomplete lam system, irregular of the subjects, the lagging management, and so on. The increasing conflicts tell us that the problems of the economic interests relationships have been the main problem of the contradiction among the people. So systematic researches about the problems of the economic interests relationship can help us to find the ways to coordinate the economic interests relationships, so as to put forward the developments of the economy and the society. Therefore, the developments of the reality and the theory require us to deepen the study pf the issue of the economic interests relationship.
