The Research On The Biology Interests And The Principle Of Arbitrating Interests Conflict

According to the viewpoint of ecological holism and the evolution of human morality, this thesis suggest that the interests concept is extended from human domain to the relationship between human and nature and corroborate the concept of biology interests.The crisis of ecology at present only shows the limitation of the adjustment by human ethic in the relationship between human and nature, so it is necessary and urgent to extend the interests from human to biology. The according of confirmation of biology interests' concept is that the evolution from human ethic to environment ethic, the transfer of the frame of reference from human to the community of the human and biology's lives, human becomes the moral agent of the life community. The interests of biology is the necessary conditions of survival and propagation, it has objective, arranging and holistic characteristic. The structure of biology interests contains animal , plant and microorganism interests. The essence of biology interests is both oneness and otherness.The essence of plant is satisfaction and sustainment of physiological requirement, for animal is the desire of survival, and for human it has both the attribute of biology and culture. The essence correlation of biology interests is the codependency between biology interests and human interests. There must have interests conflict for the respective interests of human and biology, so it is necessary to make the principle of arbitrating the interests, that is to establish the priority of ground projects, the priority of desires and least necessary harm.The research on the biology interests and the principle of arbitrating interests conflict is the important part of the development of environmental ethnics, it is also the foundation research of the relationship between human and nature.
