Heidegger And Aesthetics

Under the name of Heidegger and Aesthetics, we pressed for the answers of such questions: we want to know that, Heidegger' thought about Beauty, Artwork, Poetry can give what meaning and effect to the developing of western Aesthetics; what aesthetic problems he has given answers to; his new way of thought can afford what enlightenment to answer the difficult question of aesthetics. Otherwise, we want to know, the study of art has what meaning for his thought, that is to say, why he study the question of art? In his system of thought, the study of art takes what role? At the same time, affected by Chinese traditional thought, Hedger's thought has what meaning for Chinese aesthetics? This kind of study require us to analyze it tightly and deduct it logically: analysis meanings that, in order to find out the base of this thought, we must put Heidegger's thought of beauty and art back to the whole of his thought, then, on this base, we can understand the meaning and essence of his thought of art; deduction meanings that: we will put back his conclusion of art and beauty into the history of aesthetics, and we will compare its with other aesthetics' thought for finding out the differences between Heidegger and other aesthetic. From these differences, we will deduct the meaning of Heidegger's thought of art to the development of aesthetics. The true difficult of study is not the conclusion, but the progress of getting out conclusion. In our study, we try to make a dialog between Heidegger and aesthetics, we want Heidegger to speak out what he have not speak in the filed of aesthetics. That meanings, we will put his new thought and new way of thought into the aesthetics, and study this new and new way can give what help to deal with some important aesthetics problems. So, our study is not the simply dredging and summarizing, but the analysis, deducing, restoring, suspecting, comparing, and judging. Following the thought of Heidegger, we will study the character of aesthetics, the thought way of aesthetics, the history of aesthetics, the essence of art and beauty, the essence of poem. But all of our study will be around with the center of "being", just as Heidegger has done. We want to know, with the end of philosophy, we how to think the question of art and beauty.We think that Heidegger'thought of art and poem is the highest and deepest in the history of western thought, he want to tell us that, from the level of ontology, art is thehappening of truth, art and poem are the part of truth, and they can bring forth the truth. We think this is not the conclusion, but the call for more study.
