Academic stress is middle school students' main stressor, and is one of the main causes of affecting middle school students' psychological healthy. From the view of the construction of adolescent stressors; the effect factors of stresses coping; the relationship between stresses coping, physical & psychological reflections and healthy, psychologists make many researches on adolescent stresses and coping. However, because of the complex of stresses and coping, studying on stressors focus on common everyday events; studying on coping strategies focus on common strategies; and studying on coping mechanisms focus on correlation researches. To the factor structures; developmental characters; and testing tools of middle school students' academic stressors and academic stress coping strategies, there are no specialized and systematic researches. On the process of academic stress events, there is almost no experimental studying on coping mechanisms from physical and psychological aspects.Through the usage of comprehensive research orientation, connection middle school students' academic stress' outside events with psychological emotions and physical reflections, connection stress coping situation variations with personality and cognition factors of individual variations, connection common academic stresses with concrete stressful events, the whole studying makes a research on coping mechanisms on the process of stressful situations. Comprehensive using questionnaire survey, interview method, exploring and testifying factor analysis method; pass analysis method,experimental method, physical measure method, etc, this paper makes a systematic discussion to middle school students' academic stressors, coping strategies and coping mechanisms. This paper includes 6 parts, and consists of 11 concrete researches. On turn they are: exploring and testifying factor analysis of academic stressor developmental characters exploration; path analysis of academic stress coping; the effect of stressful events styles and its processes cognitive evaluation styles coping strategies and coping efficiency level of academic stress coping process to the physical and psychological reflections, such as heart rating blood pressure stressful feelings and anxiety conditions. Based on comprehensive analysis of these studying results, this paper gets the following conclusions:1. The self-edited measure tools about middle school students' academic stressescoping--middle school students' academic stressors questionnaire and middle schoolstudents' academic stresses coping strategies questionnaire, bear acceptable psychological measure targets.2. Middle school students' academic stressors consist of 9 first level factors and 5 second level factors. The 9 first level factors include: target stress; time stress; other requirement stress; frustration stress; competition stress; other expectation stress; achievement goal stress; environmental stress; self development stress, etc. The 5 second level factors include: target requirement stress; frustration stress; competition stress; expectation stress; self development stress, etc.3. The intention of middle school students' academic psychological stress perceives are higher than realistic stresses, for instance, target requirement, etc. its' developments are differences from grades and gender.4. During the whole middle school period, there are 2 rises and 2 falls for psychological stress perceives, from grade 8 to grade 10 from grade 11 to grade 12 are the rises period; from grade 7 to grade 8 from grade 10 to grade 11 are the falls period5. Female students' stress perceives level is higher than male students' during middle school.6. From the whole, school style's effects to academic stresses are not remarkable;but the sort can affect it. Key middle schools' target requirement stress and competition stress are higher than common middle schools'; and common middle schools' frustration stress are higher than key middle schools'.7.Academic stress coping strategies are...
