The first part mainly presents some of basic issues about the stady on Li's prose clearly .These issues include Li's prose oriented research status, signiflcance and methods, as well as the concept of prose, the study scope of this paper and the editions of Li's prose. Also on tha bacis of the classification from a book Anthology of Minister Li of Eastern State ,the author induces and integrates Li's prose into 9 classes. It is one of mirrors for us studying both Li Kuibao himself and the Korean society. Here, the national ideology mainly reflects the "wills of respected kings Rao and Shun."the maintenance of nationality, the national honor, the condemnation on foreign invasion, the appraisals on national heroes, the mediation with Invaders in written words and the eulogia of the motherland's beautiful territory and long history. This pervades the all prose varieties including letter, biography, official letter and discourse. Therefore, it is the spirit ofLi Kuibao's prose. The Buddhism zen is the method of Li's convalesce and the subsidization of his belief. In his boyhood,Li accepted the instruction of Buddhism and believed in the religion, especially the zen. Of his prose, some works directly reflects the principles and meanings of zen and some indirectly presents the significance and world. Li had used a great deal of analogy and allusion ,which also shows his acceptance to the thinking of zen. Li's prose preserves a personality ideal that is unruly in type. This personality ideal was generated in the Chinese times of Wei and Jin. Lt is a mode of personality ideal that had been carried by Chinese figures Including Zhuang Zi, Ji Kang, Ruan Ji and Tao Yuanming. It has been penetrated into and merged other characters in Li's interior world and activated in the actual life,.At last, those characters are integrated into the unruly personally ideal of Li Kuibao's type. This is somewhat reflected in two prose collections, Biograptly of Baiyun Hermit and Ana of Baiyun Hermit. The ethical morality of Confucianism is the core content of Han Culture. Li had been detergent in studying this morality since his childhood. His prose is varied at the mention of history and the discourse of today, as well as the tale of person and statement of case,.lt is mainly in accordance with the ethical morality of Confucianism,.lt contains the four concrete areas: 1) Faith, right, bravery, merit and outstanding on feat; 2) honesty, plainness, self-overcoming and little lust; 3)courteousness and shrinking; and 4) the policy of benevolence that the saint dynasty treats mess as utterly devoted. The Confucian culture preserves an actively world-entering spirit. Ancient scholars were so much influenced by the spirit that they had assiduously advanced along a road "recruiting themselves, making families in order, governing the country and pacifying the world, " without the exception of Li Kuibao.
