This article uses Luo Fu’s "Piao Mu" as the research object, pays attention tovaluation, artistic features, and cultural heritage. Strive to fill the research ing blankof "Piao Mu", and invest Luo Fu’s21st century creation. Details are as the followingseveral parts: Chapter one, the aesthetic intension of "Piao mu", Luo fu came upwith tian ya me ixue in "Piao mu", which includes Tragic Sense and the realm ofthe universe. The sense of tragedy combines the personal tragedy and the nationaltragedy. And the realm of the universe advocated poet’s heart amusement world. Inthe21st century, Luo Fu uses "tian ya mei xue" as a creation guide. Chapter two, theartistic features of "Piao mu", including three parts: image, language and structure."Piao mu" gives up the dense and obscure image of "Shi shi zhi si wang", its imagegets clearer. The article selects wood, insects and eagle as imagery. Wood shows adream. Insect appears to be dirty, but in fact is for saluting. The eagle is more likethe incarnation of the poet himself. The language of Piao mu also starts to acceptthe vulgar text, and will be talking about the introduction of poetry. The structure of"Piao mu" is also special. Chapter three, the cultural heritage of "Piao mu": thetraditional culture, Hunan culture and Western culture. Luo Fu is impact ed greatly byLao Zi, and respects Li Bai, Du Fu and Wang Wei. Luo Fu, as a Hunan, is alsodeep-rooted by Qu Yuan and Hunan character and spirit. As the same time, becauseLuo Fu went to Taiwan early, he was inevitable by the baptism of the Western culture,especially the Christian culture and modern Western ideology.
