After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee, an undoubted fact that china is rising is continuously exerting widespread and profound influence on the world. "China's mode" and "Beijing Consensus" are becoming subjects of great topical interest that scholars and government high officials of various countries are taking delight in talking about. Why China can open up a way to rise successfully is becoming a great subject that international community probes into and pays close attention to. From philosophical perspective, this thesis thinks that, the philosophical innovation of the Communist Party of China, the leading nucleus of the socialist cause, is one of the important reasons for the rise of China. It is the theoretical achievements of philosophical innovation that lead China to breaking a unique way of rise. In addition, rise of China has fully shown tremendous force of Chinese-Marxist philosophy and it is the great practice of rise of China that makes Marxist philosophy constantly keep the vigorous vitality, and it is the great practice of rise of China that offers and goes on offering abundant sources for innovations of Marxist philosophy. Therefore, as far as the fact of rise of China and the achievements of philosophical innovation concerned, there is a closely inherent relation between rise of china and philosophical innovation, that is, the theoretical achievements of philosophical innovation are idealistic instructions to rise of China, and the great practice of rise of China is a realistic source to philosophical innovation of Marxism. This is the focal point that is to be analyzed and expounded in the thesis.As we know, members of the Communist Party of China, always regarding Marxist philosophy as their world outlook and guide of actions, not only pay close attention to the strong social functions of theories, especially of philosophical theories, but also emphasize nationalization and practice of Marxist philosophy in China, emphasize continuous development and innovation of Marxist philosophy in the practice of Chinese revolution and construction. Mao Zetong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents" as well as the scientific development views, the great theoretical achievements that our party has made, exactly reflect that the Communist Party of China ideologically thinks highly of philosophical innovation and practically good at carrying them out. In the new century, China comes into a new stage of constructing the well-off society in an all-round way. Meanwhile, the communist party of China shoulders the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of China and it remains to be a glorious and arduous task for it to advance the philosophical innovation to promote rise of China.
