History Of China's Ancient Statues

In this thesis we take ancient Chinese statues as research object. According to the mainclew of character statues, we'll review the essential status of statues made in the past dynasties .On this basis we'll find out the developing skeleton of those statues, recognize correlative concept in historical literature, explore the relations between creed and craftsman execution, as well as between religious statement and demos acceptance, research the art style of statues .Chinese statues had a synchronized development with cultural concept in the past dynasties. During the process believers religiously attached themselves to selecting classic models, merged themselves with their own cultural concept and taste, created a great many different statues to place their hopes on, substituted the hopelessness of real life by psychic completion. Hence they realized the appropriate combination of art and concept.
