In the last hundred years, Soviet and China have built a closer literature relation, which is incomparable for any other countries. There are two reasons. One is that the two countries have the similar literature tradition in which literature has played a great educative and persuasive role. The sense of benefiting the human being has penetrated into the Chinese Literature for a long period. The literary features in Soviet-Russian Literature are deeply showing sympathy for lower-lever people and propagating the moral concepts. That's why Chinese Literature is willing to use the experience of Soviet-Russian Literature for reference and be receptive to the ideas of Soviet-Russian Literature. The other reason is that learning from Soviet is a political idea of new China. The success of the October Revolution of Russia opened up the new era of human history. This made Chinese Literature incline to Soviet-Russian Literature without reservation. In 1950s, man of letters in China translated the Soviet-Russian Literature works with a great mass fervency. Under this background, it's nearly no choice for Wang Meng , a contemporary writer, to be influenced by Soviet-Russian Literature and to demonstrate a heavy " Soviet-Russian Complex" in his writing. In the first Theme part, this thesis has discussed the influence of Soviet-Russian Literature on Wang Meng's literary ideology from the following aspects: 1, the young Bolshevik complex and the revolutionary heroism; 2, humanitarianism and human nature alienation; 3, facing life and exposing contradictions; 4, the history counter-criticism and the rational spirit. Wang Meng has a young Bolshevik heart all the time because of his special revolutionary experience, great communist spirit and artistic images of brilliant Bolshevik in Soviet-Russian Literature. The heroic images created in Soviet-Russian Literature attracted Wang Meng from the beginning, founding the heroic history view of his literary creation. Wang Meng has agreed to Gorgy's idea that " literature is the studyof people." He has paid close attention to people's destiny, shown Man's kind and mercy, praised noble feelings of humanitarianism of "Unimportant Person". As Soviet Authors initiated the literary principles of "intervening life actively ", " revealing dark side "and " keeping authentic records ", Wang Meng , the literature pioneer in the fifties, adheres to the principle of facing life all the time in his writing. He tries his best to tell his readers true contradictions, his passion of life and mediation. Influenced by history counter-criticizing bureaucratic style of work and ultra-"Left" trend of thought, Wang Meng has done a deep history counter-criticism of the realistic society of China without any hesitation. Meanwhile, Wang Meng has carried forward the tradition which Russian critical realism masters of the 19th century considered the human feelings and questioned one's innermost soul. He has been carrying on questioning and introspection of reason to Chinese nation. In the second Art part, I have approached the subject which Soviet-Russian Literature has exerted a tremendous influence on Wang Meng's work in artistic form from the three different angles: 1 , seeking new literary forms and specific language characters; 2, psychological description and narrative visual angle ; 3, the pluralistic concept of literature and the artistic infiltration .Strongly spurred by the spirits that Soviet-Russian Literature masters such as Tolstoy and Chekhov , probed into the art, Wang Meng has been carrying on the innovation of art constantly. In Wang Meng's unique language style, the humor and satire used by Soviet-Russian writers like Gogol and Chekhov, have played an important role. Eitematov's psychological narration mode of space-time, has opened up the new road for Wang Meng to innovate his novels. The soliloquy in one's heart in Soviet-Russian literature was not only flowing but also rational. Wang Meng has kept this reason and sobering described in literary works of Russia, which distinguishes his " stream of consciousness " from the western one. Dreamland and illusion, is the technique of expression that Soviet-Russian writers commonly used in portraying personage's psychology . Wang Meng has developed thiskind of technique of expression. The narration mode of the personage in the Russian literary works, is also beneficial to Wang Meng's writing.Though the traditional European literature and the American Contemporary Literaturehave influenced Wang Meng practically, Soviet-Russian Literature has given him the deepest and the most striking influence undoubtedly for his whole style of creating and characteristic.
