Language Contact And Influence Of Xiangnan Tuhua And Xiangnan Yaos Language

This paper focuses on the Wuzhouhua ,Pingdiyaohua, Guo-shanyaohua of Jianghua county in Yongzhou, hunan.On the basis of plentiful materials which come from the author's practical field work, the paper uses a series of scientific theories and methods of language study, such as comprehensive description, interior and external comparison, synchronic and diachronic comparison, chart and table statistics, systematic induction and so on, to present the abundant language data, compare and analyse synthetically, find out the communities and differences among the three kinds of dialects. At last it summarizes the features of the language contact influence between Xiangnan Tuhua and Xiangnan Yaos Language in Jianghua and point out the developmental prospects.of the language contact influence.Seven chapters can be divided in this paper.The first chapter introduces briefly Jianghua's locatio-n , history, population, nation and a survey of dialects. It also gives the paper's researching significance and methods, as well as the spots which have been studied and the persons who have provided pronunciation.The second chapter is about the distribution of Wuzhouhua , Pingdiyaohua, Guoshanyaohua in the 21 countrysides of Jianghua, the differences of each dialect,the comparision with the surrounding dialects.In the third chapter , the author describes the phonological systems of Wuzhouhua , Pingdiyaohua, Guoshanyaohua first, then, makes a thoroughgoing and painstaking comparision and analysis...
