"Each technology is inclined to create a new human environment." The network space constructed by the network technology is a virtual space (cyberspace). The space establishes a second survival for human and changes manners of thought, life, communication, study, work and entertainment of us. People have built a variety of social relations in their process activities in the space. The network space is endowed the social signification and become a socialized "network society " ultimately."Science is a powerful tool. How to use it, and whether to bring happiness or disaster to human depends on themselves, rather than the tool." Whether the new network technology brings is a new modern civilization or endless trouble and disaster to mankind lies on people's foreseeing, understanding about network society and behavior choice entirely. The problems including diffusing of false, harmful and malicious information, the diversification of culture in the society, the protection of the rights of works, knowledge and the personal privacy in the network society, the security crisis of information (Such as: the economic crisis of network society, the virus of computer and the flaw of the network system and etc.), the deficiency of legal norms, the emotional dissimilation of the main bodies of network society, and addiction of the main bodies in network society, etc. have been seriously influencing the normal social orders and brought people living in the network society a serious threat. It is a theory mission and an up-to-date responsibility of the philosophy and humanities to intensify ethical exploring the problems in network society, to search the ethical solutions of the problems and to optimize human existing orders in network society.The network society derives from composite of the"substance network"of taking computers as crunodes and the"human network"of taking persons as crunodes.
