In the 21st century, mankind has never been associated with science and technology so close, at present, knowledge economy is happening all over the world, the main driving force comes from the revolution in the second half of 20th century. Since the industrial revolution, few things like electronic information network technology can alert the public so warm, stimulating the imagination of the whole community for the future. By it, mankind can share the achievements of civilizations in an unprecedented possibilities and convenience, particularly the Internet, is provided for quick dissemination of information access. Internet is a powerful tool in the information society for the exchange of information and knowledge, from the late 1960s to the 20th century, it has enjoyed rapid development in a period of decades. Currently, the Internet is raging with an unprecedented wave of the world, its broad application, is profoundly changing people's work, study and lifestyle.Network society is developed from Internet technology. With the rapid development of Internet technologies, it is not excessive to describe the speed of network social development with "fast".
