The thought that Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan extracted from the difference of words and expressions of Chun-qiu edited by Confucius should be regard as the thought of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan that should not be regard as the thought of Confucius.It would be true that Gu-liang-zi was the writer of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan that was writed in the middle of Warring States time and was repolished to develop into an final text by learner of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan in Han dynasity.Actually it was Gu-liang-zi who developed Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan from Zi-xia's hermeneutic of Chun-qiu to form his academic characteristic.Xun-zi who learned and taught Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan was a key man who strengthened the academic characteristic of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan of kindness.The academic characteristic of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan which did not meet Emperor wu's political need of internal unification and external aggression was the basis on which play an important role in Emperor xuan's administration.The leading learners of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan turned towards Chun-qiu-zuo-shi-zhuan which was more idealistic than Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan,which resulted in the academic decline of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan.The essence of the thought of the people's livelihood of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan is the thought of small-scale farming by individual owners of making the people rich and prosperous on the premise of maintaining regality. The thought of dealing with internal and external relations of Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan includes the thought of dealing with relations in a vassal state and between vassal states. Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan brings forward the thought of civil activity with military preparations.
