From the respect of the social structure of the population, LuoYang formed its own large group of industrial population; the cultural qualification of the urban was improved greatly; the variety of its geographical structure of its people came into being; thus LuoYang satisfied itself for the gradient talents needed in the industrial development from administrative personnel to engineering technicians and technical laborers. Therefore, the modernity of the population in LuoYang was enhanced, providing it with the human resources and structure changing from an ancient farming city to a modern industrial one. In the second place, the migration of industrial population resulted in social vicissitudes of the life style; the daily life was put double marks of immigration and migrancy; the inhabiting style of the apartment made the working places and time separated from the living places and time, strengthening the sense of time of the inhabitants. The social infrastructure changed in the light of the contraction of the family structure, the change of the family function and its inner relationship. Meanwhile, the social supporting system of genetic connection and relations formed through geographical links on which the people relied for a living began to change to "supporting unit system" formed by the relation among different occupations and social security. The trust mechanism shifted from human trust to system trust, from experience dependency to knowledge dependency. Thirdly, from the respect of urban culture, the collision, interaction and integration of varied cultures in different places evolved the urban culture features of melted, open, popular and industry- worshipped, giving rise to the phenomenon of the three large regions of dialects overlapping with administrative areas. The superior social culture psychology and mentality emerged consequently because of the powerful political, economical, social and cultural positions of the migration of industrial population.
