A Research On The Synonym Of Sanguozhi

After we reviewed the history of the research on ancient Chinese synonym, we gave synonym a new definition of ourselves according to the modern category conception and cognitive linguistics. Then, we summed up the synonyms of noun, verb and adjective of Sanguozhi completely, so that we could show the whole synonym's features of the great work. After this, we selected 25 frequently used-words synonym groups to research, depict and analyze them from synchronic and diachronic visual angles, so that we can see the origin and effect of the synonyms in Sanguozhi.There are five parts(constituted by 7 chapters) including the preface of the thesis. That is,Part 1 (chapter 1), Reviewed the history of the research on ancient Chinese synonym, and gave synonym a new definition of ourselves according to the modern category conception and cognitive linguistics. In my opinion, synonym is a category of prototype. People's sense of synonym comes from the mental or cognitive process. And because of the similarity of mental or cognitive, words can be converged as groups of synonym. So, synonym is a group of words which have the family resemblance. And the family resemblance resulted from mental of people. Except for this, we analyzed the cause of formation about synonym.Part 2 (chapter 2) , we summed up the synonyms of noun, verb and adjective of Sanguozhi completely, and listed the synonym-word-list. And then analyzed them from Part of speech, Semantic, syllable, so that we could show the whole synonym's features of the great work.Part 3 (chapter 3 to 5) , we selected 25 frequently used-words synonym groups to research, depict and analyze them from synchronic and diachronic visual angles, so that we can see the origin and effect of the synonyms in Sanguozhi.Part 4 (chapter 6) , on the foundation of summarizing and pondering, we explored the function of research on the synonym of Sanguozhi again. At the same time, we compared the ordinary research of synonym with the special research of synonym in special ancient book. Except this, we compared the synonym with paronym, variant form of a character, ancient and modern character and interchangeable homophones.Part 5 (Appendix) ,we supplemented and corrected 170 problems in Hanyu Dacidian from 6 aspects to improve it' s quality. That is, Supplement on Lemmas, Supplement on Glosses, Supplement on Examples, Corrections on Gloss, Bring the Time of First Example Forward and Others.
