To take dialects as a perspective of linguistics,this thesis can be summarized to put dialect into poetry and its point display the kernel point lies in the historical relationship between modern poetry and dialects.Dialect in poetry,as an important poetic phenomenon in the history of modern poetry in China,always has been in complex historical context which are struggling against each other to enter or exit,to promote or query,to confuse or tempt all of these.It has become an important issue to observe the occurring development and evolution of the modern poetry through dialect.Meanwhile,through it we also investigate the evolution of the whole process of transition.The role it plays and its historical mission,complex phenomenon and its underlying causes due to it own merits.Based on the collection work of original,fragmental material and the exist achievement of academic research,this paper attempts to put up a more openly academic research space between dialects and free verse in Chinese vernacular.To consider this area,a number of important issues would be involved.For example,when to compare classical language and vernacular language,what are the similarities and differences of poetry,how to give rise to tension between the spoken and written language,and how to make up for its slot.From another viewpoint,[0]as a changeable living language sharing close relationship with vernacular and spoken language.it is crucial to investigate that how does dialect effect,refresh the old poetic language and make it the only tool for literary language.Thus.through investigating the communication of dialect and modern poetry,we not only draw a line between modern poetry and classical poetry,but also consider the modernity course of modern poetic language by dialect backward.According to the specific description and design of structure,the paper can be divided into the following two parts,and it can put into two series,the first half and latter half,because of the different content and perspectives.Considering the linear perspective of time,the upper paper involved the scope of history,in the first series dialect in poetry has been divided into three small periods,each of which is one chapters.The general model is to discuss outline first and then the others separately .Taking the language of poetry as an outline and poetry schools and poetry tide as the frame,this thesis stressed the characteristics,role,significance of language factor.including dialects in different period. [0]And it also gives prominence to the way,effects and other related content of dialect in poetry.In detail,considering that the original data is incomplete,it centers on cases and highlights some of the breadth of the collection or representative poet,and differs from the popular argument because the materials and perspectives are difference.Thus the paper is known primarily to attempt to highlight fresh unique case.Because the latter series of paper is based on the upper one.the discussions focus on how to sum up the theory and solve problems which topics are relevant to.and to give prominence to macro or general structural considerations.Two parts thus accord with and explain each other.It mainly involves literary language background and the social and cultural settings of dialects in poetry,the aesthetic effect and social effects that dialect in poetry has brought,the tension between dialect in poetry and de-dialect in poetry and the related area such as some real causes.There are lots of specific details such as comparison of advantage or disadvantage of the style affect from the Ballads languages,significance and value of syllable in rhyming of dialects,the growth and decline between the dialects and de-dialects of poetry.as well as anxiety with cultural identity or not.These details will be launched in a comprehensive framework.The two parts are the main body of the text,before which there is an introduction,and after which there is a conclusion.Considering that the specific informative purposes,it has a brief intruduction to the contents of each section.Introduction part mainly outlines the original reasons of this paper and the analysis of causes,and checks up the academic research related to the current situation,then tries to make a realistic assessment.Based on reflection of conditions and background for research,the paper adds that this thesis is involved in the research target,the selection of methodology and consideration of the stracture.A number of keywords of this paper and the author's representative views would be displayed in introduction.Chapter 1 reorganizes these phenomena of transitional process from the classical poetry to the vernacular poetry for the linguistic perspective,and the historic role that Dialect has played during whole process.Meanwhile, it takes the vernacular poetry of Hu Shi and Guo Moruo's works as a key creative element.Because the content can't collect all the early peoms,chapter 1 mainly centralizes their collection like Trying written by Hu Shi and the Goddess by Guo Moruo, both of which are closely related with language development of poetry,also it has significant affect in the history of poetry .At the same time,because of the widely different styles and content,it really shifts impact on the development of new poems.Chapter 2 focuses on changing and close-position of vernacular and dialect in poetry language.From the vernacular in poetry to dialect in poetry,some movements are distinctively asymmetric,including somewhat attempt to put dialect in poetry by the collective schools like The Crescent;draw resources from the dialect words by the different individuals.such as Liu Bannong,[0]Bian Zhilin.Chapter 2 selected lots of representative cases,and theory of dissolving dialect are created to form a new theoretical perspective betweem terms of dissolve ancient language and foreign language.Chapter 3 emphasizes the profound impact on poetics language in background of war that has played a role.For enlightenment and education of the public,the vernacular comes up two trends i.e. intellectuals and masses spoken language.The popular poems and national style of poerty have changed poetry language,thus the daily spoken dialects by local people from all parts of our country,has come poetry language enormously.and become the normal style in the modern poetry language under the war background.On the particular circumstances involved,the most representative collection of poems is Ma Fantuo' folk song which is based on the Shanghai dialect by Ma Fantuo,and Wang gui and Li Xiangxiang based on the Northern Shanxi dialect by Li Ji,as well as the most creative dialect poetry in Sichuan dialect by Sha Ou.The following contents belong to the latter part.Chapter 4 focuses on the connections between modern poetry and folk songs,dialect literature under the tendency of dialect into poetry.It further to identify the reasons of dialect in poetry and literary style through probing into the literary background of dialect in poetry and drawing on the experience of artistic form.Moreover,in the concept of spoken language,as one of the Keywords of modern vernacular poetry.there is an internal profound connection between the spoken language and colloquial of dialect in poetry.Chapter 5,we will inspect these connection when putting the dialect into poetry below the voice of Poetry.According to the above,this part mainly discusses the meaning and value which synchronized and syllable of dialects in modern poetry from the perspective of voice.At the same time,the paper will specially analyze evolution and significance of poetry recitation and the whole campaign to recite towards the masses.Thus new problems have emerged to reflect a series of changes which were brought from words to voice.According to these discussion,the paper puts forward a series of new viewpoints.In Chapter 6,the author specifically addresses the relationship between the dialect in poetry and de-dialect in poetry.On the one hand,it relates the dialect factor either disappeared or left in modern poetry,and also elegance or vulgar language of the values in poetry;on the other hand,this process not only is the main fuse of legitimacy argument,but important part that where and how poetry will go in future.It is like a pendulum phenomenon,about the dialects and de-dialect of the modern poetry,there are various debates up and down,which shows a very complex situation.The conclusion discusses this problem that mutual struggle with the puzzled and temptation of Dialect in poetry.It makes up two sides of the modern vernacular poetry with tension.The swing of the two sides relies on specific differences in a specific historical period and the separated factor of strength.In the end,the paper supposes that there is positive significance of dialect in poems certainly.In short,neither inheriting in the past and modifying in the future vertically or spreading out internal details of the dialect in poetry horizontally,the free verse in Chinese vernacular displayes the close relationship to original dialects for the tendency of vernacular and spoken language in the overall structure.As an unrepeated language and spiritual resource,Dialect in poetry has been following with the occuring.development and evolution of the modern poetry,and it will still continue to make a unique contribution.
