This essay makes a research and analysis on many aspects in the period of 1930s from the perspectives of geographic resource environment, natural condition, social economic environment, human history migration and so on. The author has researched on different policies CPC applied at that time, such as reducing the rents and taxes, reasonable burden, textile production, village election. Based on the detailed materials and evidence, the paper also describes detailedly the social changes occurred in Lvliang District. As for the research methods, the author applies the ways adopted in sociology, economics and ecology, and analyzes different cases based on a large number of materials.
