Soong Ching Ling is one of the creators of the People's Republic of China,also the Gem of Our Nation.Her articles are the valuable spiritual fortune of the Chinese People,and researching her thoughts hence has its significant meaning both in the theoretical and realistic domain.At the present time,though fruitful productions acquired,the systematic investigation from theoretical angle is yet inadequate.On the basis of the reviewing domestic and oversea research about Soong Ching Ling, the dissertation generalized the skeleton of Soong Ching Ling Thoughts through several methods such as specializing and abstracting,analyzing historically and logically,finding commonness and individuality,criticizing and constructing,and investigating theoretically and practically.It contains seven chapters.Chapter 1 is about the Growing and Forming of Soong Ching Ling Thoughts.All her life is briefly narrated at first.Considering the characters of the era,theoretic source,practical basis and her personality,the historic inevitability of the birth of Soong Ching Ling Thoughts appeared.The course of its forming can be divided into four periods,i.e.sprouting(—1913),growing(1913—1925),ripening (1925—1949)and continual developing(1949—1981)period.Chapters 2 and 3 are about Soong Ching Ling's Political Thoughts.In the revolution period,inherited the kernel value of Sun Yat-sen,Soong Ching Ling defended the New Three People's Principles,faithfully carried on the Three Major Polices,and pointed out that the aim of China revolution is to improve the life standard of all people.China revolution,so as to,became the revolution of all aspects of the society.She was firm in fighting with the right wing of Kuomintang. She carried forward nationalism,called upon people to resist the Imperialists by their selves without depending on the current government and the foreigners.She appealed the government to guarantee civil rights,attacked the new militarism and the administration by admonishing people,and indicated that the national welfare can never be the self-interest of somebody.She boosted the international and national unification,united both people all over the world and revolutionary party in China,and claimed Kuomintang make the democracy into reality.War is a politics tool.People should resist forced enemy by their own force,and the final of the war should be decided by people.In the building period,she persisted in and maintained the guidance of the Communist Party of China which made Three People's Principles come true.The CPC should construct themselves into the real proletariat pioneers.She put forward constitutional and democratic politics,and highlighted the people's value in the socialistic society.She believed that China should develop peaceful diplomacy under the guide of the Five Principles without impetrating peace.Solving the international dispute through negotiations is preferred.Taiwan issue is merely one of the domestic political matters,and Two China is the result of Imperialist's interference.All Chinese both in mainland and Taiwan are responsible for the unity.After Cultural Revolution storm,she criticized the Revolution and commemorated Chairman Mao, responded the abolishing cadre identity's lasting for life,believed that people should unbind their thoughts and do their duty,and persisted in the long standing Coexistence and the Supervision between CPC and the other parties in China.Chapter 4 is about Soong Ching Ling's Economic Thoughts.Livelihood is the basis of the revolution,and improving people's life is the major task of all governments.She preferred to build the economic pattern which contains some principles such as equalization of land,industry control,to welcome foreign capital, tax diminishing,and to protect private possessions.Economic construction during the war time should focus on the military affairs,and measures of improving livelihood should be taken.PRC should put forward modernization construction in which the industrialization is the key.Reforming land policy realized Sun Yat-sen's ideal.We should put forward socialistic-oriented alteration according to the people's need and will for the richness of all,and emphasize thoughts education to cooperate the steps of economic development.The general line of sixteen years since Emancipation in 1949 was correct;however,Cultural Revolution suspended the socialist construction.Chapter 5 is about Soong Ching Ling's Cultural Thoughts.She collected and published Sun Yat-sen's articles,inherited and set forth Sun Yat-sen's theory,and herself hence became a communist from an advocator of Three People's Principles. She criticized the old fashioned part of the Chinese traditional culture and highlighted the progressive.She was good at absorbing essence of the foreign culture,and condemned the Fascist's absolutism.She attached importance to propaganda,requested reporters issue the news according to the truth,and sprang up the tide current with freedom and justice.She also spread aboard the peaceful goodwill of Chinese people.Education has its close context with the tomorrow of China.We should establish such a goal that educatees are developed their moral, wisdom,physical health,esthetics taste,work and administrative abilities.Base on the experiences summing-up,we should do scientific research and create new conclusion.Chapter 6 is about Soong Ching Ling's Social Thoughts.She pointed out that refugee is not only the issue of themselves but also of the country and the world. She inspired a series of ideas such as to help the other is to help yourself,to help people who are in very lacking,to help people help themselves.She persisted in supporting the guerilla,and believed that we should help the injured and hungry people disregarding their partisanship.The essence of relief and welfare work is different in the socialist society.We should welcome well-meaning international help and be ready to help people of the other countries.She also discussed the other aspects in the social security such as insurance and comforting and compensating bereaved families.Woman liberation has its common fate with the liberation of the mankind,so it is the main task of the Chinese revolution.A nation rise no higher than the status of its women.Woman should fight for their rights.Improving the productivity makes woman's equality come true in reality instead of on the papers. She also stressed woman's responsibility for educating children and maintaining public health.She attached great importance on the children's work.To make children live happier is one of the impulsions to put the world forward,and also the standpoint of the world peace.We should relieve children to save the future effectives of China during the war time,and create future through working for children during the peace age.Children's work waits for no man.Chapter 7 is about Soong Ching Ling's Philosophy Thoughts.When it comes to the essence of the world,materials are the basis and spirits can be perpetual. World exists in the style of contacting and developing.She persisted in the materialism in the historical domain that overpasses Sun Yat-sen's opinion.As to the methodology,she studied and explained the contradiction theory,embodied dialectics and practicing theory,and related new opinions on the work method.She believed that mankind should live through striving,and talked about the basic issues of the mankind such as happy,assignment,to live or die,justice or benefits,honor or disgrace,etc.She managed variety of social relations under the principle that we should sympathize most of people but special one,and expatiated the new moral standard in the socialistic society.From her taste of music,drawing and clothing and the other artistic aspects,we know that she takes strength as the essence of beauty.
