Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou is the object of this article. In this article we study the features of annotation and glossary. The formants of paraphrase and the features of acceptation are also studied. The problems of annotation language's studies should also be payed attention.The article are divided five chapters.The first chapter summarizes the studying situation of Gaoyou and Gaoyou's annotation. By analysis of the all Gaoyou's life and the going around of annotation by Gaoyou, we narrate the causes of studying the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou. Reviewing philology phonology dialectology and lexics studying history,which aiming at the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu's.The second charpter discusses the features of annotation. Gaoyou held his bright features of annotation which based on the former exegetes'study. We lay out the annotation's feature by Gaoyu from three facts, which are the content, the visual angle and attitude . And the driving effect to the latter book are narrated too.The third charpter narrates the featers of glossary and the study's value. The glossary in the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou can reflect the developments of mediaeval times glossary, which narrated from two facts. One is the bisyllable's development , the other is new words' avalanche. Glossary's studying values and consultion values are discussed from the visions of the relationships of larged-sized dictionary's compilation and the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou.The forth charpter analysises the acceptation's formants of the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou. The acceptations are the large scales in the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou, which are departed two parts. The explanation of acceptations and articles are them. This article narrates two acceptation's formants, which are one word explaining one word and two words explaining one word. From three facts ,we analysis the acceptation's formants of one word explaining one word. The three facts are formant of one word explaining one word, standard one word explaining one word and parataxis' synonymy bisyllable. In the acceptation's formants of two words explaining one word, we analysis six formants. The last, we analysis the formants and the study values of the explaining of article by narrating article, the construction relationship and rhetorical usage.The fifth charpter studies the bisyllable in the annotation of Lushi-chunqiu by Gaoyou. We analysis the parataxis bisyllable, the non-parataxis bisyllable and the affixation bisyllable. the parataxis bisyllable are important. We study the relationship and meanings of morpheme the non-parataxis bisyllable's developments are studied from three facts, which are amount, part of speech and semantic of the non-parataxis bisyllable.
