| In view of the concept of "picture in the poem" is indistinct, this paper aims to analyze and dissert on this issue through Wang Wei's poems in order to define its implications in aesthetics and reveal the attainments of Wang Wei's poems.This dissertation consists of five parts.The first section discusses "picture in poem" from the angle of aesthetics.After reviewing the literature on this issue in history, the distinction and connection between "picture in the poem" and "poem can be painted" is concluded.Under traditional "Words-Meaning" background,the "picture" as a specific "image" performs a pivotal role to elaborate the relation between "Words" and "Meaning". Meanwhile, this dissertation tries to find out the reasons for different development routes of the relation between "poem" and "painting" in China and west countries through comparison of painting, poem, and language in aesthetics. Wang Wei's views towards painting have concrete influence on "picture in the poem". Above all, the implications of "picture in the poem" are delimitated in intuition and artistic quality, and the common practice of analyzing poem through painting is revised accordingly.The second section differentiates and analyzes the driving factors of the formation of "picture in the poem" through painting skills. The factors such as color, line and composition of a picture have promoted the formation of "picture in the poem", while factors such as changing landscape by moving and coloring at random cannot come to the result of "picture in the poem" directly. On the contrary, latter factors only lead the readers to focus on specific objects described by poet, or just surpass and adjust the stationary or stagnation of the picture in poem. Moreover, the description on hearing contributes to the reality of the picture in poem.The third section analyzes the development factors through languages. The natural and succinct style of Wang Wei's poetry, or rhythm and prune of language can all influenced the appearance of the picture in the poems. Moreover, seeing that Wang Wei's poems consists of noun, adjective and noun of direction, as seldom state adverb, we analyzed the example of "lying" to discuss unusual word's action. The last but not the least, we discover that Wang Wei transcended himself by finally choosing Jue-ju from distintive track to mile after gorgeous and peer that different result by different style poems from arranged, trimness to ethereality.In the fourth section, we distinguished "painting habitat", "painting flavor" and "painting gout" by penetrating into Wang Wei's "painting" and held the three types different from painting habitat expressed objective content, painting flavor originator conception and painting gout play interest.In the last section, according to the past slicing-up analyze on single verse by drawing skills, we analyzed the picture's significance to feeling and considered it as a concrete integrate way in the feeling and scene completely blended theory. |
