The Artistic Expression Of The Scene In The Cartoon "Black And White"

Content: Black and White is an independent artistic animation film.The artistic techniques,character modeling,plot arrangement and lens conversion of the entire film is is a reflection of the author's emotional response to what he came across in his life."Black" and "white" are two extremes in terms of color brightness,but in the movie they respectively signify the confusion/disconsolation and the happiness/relaxation that we as social beings experience in our life.Through its particular strategy of scenic design,Black and White attempts to show a kind of emotions and sentiments engendered by environmental pollution so that the audience can identify with the story but are not necessary limited to the same understanding of the event.This paper,with an analysis of the movie's scene design,together with the role position and the artistic form,demonstrates how Black and White deals with the emotional expression through the creation of a unique type of scenic atmosphere.
