From the political, moral and cultural perspective at that time, he made a deep reflection on the disasters of the war, pursued the meaning of the life and dug the perfect glories in the common people."the evil of humanity"mainly dug the self-examinations of the knowledgeable youth in Zhang kangkang's works, which are shown by the analysis of all kinds of man's merciless and the sources of the evil of the knowledgeable being the Red Guards period recalled by the author, depicting the crudity of the Red Guards in the abnormal survival situation, which previewed the cruel activities when they left their home at the age of 18. Zhang kangkang shaped the gangsters of the knowledgeable youth, depicting their degeneration and merciless as black sheep. There was a kind of image surfing the politics.
