So, different types of ethical degree of ethical management constitutes a broad-spectrum sequence, making the concept of ethical managements series of management mode's being of "a continuum entity",but not a single concept.Ethical management is a management mode to action, in the path of practice facing ethical norm "more" and "one", there are many practical difficulties such as "paradox of ethical management", "paradox of the organization", "dialogue obstacle" and so on, it must construct a set of harmony and oriented operating mechanism to crack.
