It's a crossroad for China to change its way from the small peasant economy, the planned economy to the market economy. This is a great social reforming that continues today with a start from Opium War. Because of the failure to realized the people's ideal society that being charmed from 1949 to 1979,which caused to encounter the setback in the time of reforming from the semifeudal society to socialist society. And the 30 years was turned out of its own way by the market economy movement opened after the reform and open policy. In the new social reforming stage, China is undergoing serious social reforming setback with the core problem of missing the political value. Under this background of the society reforming setback, restructuring the Chinese political value system is the biggest topic which current China must faces.Under this dual"advanced-backwardness"economical and political development pattern, how to cause the Chinese tradition value system to move toward the fusion with politics value system under the market economy, and realizes politics value system's integration, which is a core questionin in Chinese political development process, and also the critical matter tied with China's future and the destiny of Chinese characteristic socialism.
