Conversion From A Revolutionary Type To The Construction Of Model Of Democracy

In the seventeenth National Congress of the CPC,Hu Jintao pointed out, development of socialist democracy is the unswerving goal of the Party. It can be said, democratic theory of the CPC is the direct guidance of democratic politics, also it has a profound impact on social construction. Since New China, especially since the reform and opening up started, construction of democratic theory made many important achievement, also accumulated a lot of valuable lessons. If look back the course of development of democratic theory since New China, grasp the basic clue, exploring the basic features and basic laws, summarizing the basic lessons, we will find the important reference value and practical significance on democratic politics, and even the governing theory construction.The paper consists of preface, body and conclusion.The preface introduces the meaning of the topic, the core definition, the study review, research ideas and innovative, research methods.In the body, on the basis of full analysis and possession in the basic historical data, author makes an overall study of the course of development of democratic theory from 1949 to 2002. Then the author thinks that the development status of theory has revolutionary type and constructive type. The interaction, and conflict of the two types realized the type conversion of democratic theory. The conversion is the most important qualitative change of democratic theory of the CPC since 1949.The body is divided into four chapters. In Chapter I, the author focuses on the three sources of democratic theory of the CPC. Firstly the author introduces the theoretical source, practice source, and sources of traditional culture. Then the author reveals the three sources is the bsic force on the democratic theory, and jointly promote the development of theory. This paper is the bsic point to anlyse the development of democratic theory.In Chapter II, the author defines the definition of rvolutionary type and constructive type. Firstly, the author inspects the contact of two types, the contact is the same ideological foundation and essence, the same fundamental purpose, the same basical manner and path, the same basic laws. Secondly the author analyze the difference between two types, the difference is different task, different main content, different specific implementations, different basic features, and they belong to different ideological system. The contact and difference fully descript that they are the same strain, but should not be confused. This paper is basic logic tool to anlyse the development of democratic theory.In Chapter III, the cuthor inspects the course of development of democratic theory from 1949 to 1956. The author proposes because the characteristics of the principal contradiction of international and domestic situation, and right judge of the CPC, the theory had revolutionary type status and constructive type status. The two types existed at the same time, on the one hand revoluntionary type construction had been completed, and to be furtherly developed and improved, on the other hand constructive type bud had been justly produced. The two types bore different historical commitment, guided the successful launch of democracy construction.In Chapter IV, the author focuses the the course of development of democratic theory from 1956 to 1966. The author proposes because new change of the principal contradiction of international and domestic situation, and the false judge of the CPC. The development of democractic theory continued to have two ststus, on the one hand constructive theory obtioned very valuable ideas, on the other hand revolutionary theory was continued to be used at a wide range, the situation led to serious mistakes in democratic construction. As a result, the development of the construtive type was seriously interfered, the two status had serious conflict. This decade, the task of type conversion was not completed. The status of revolutionary type was more enhanced, on the contrary, the status of constructive type was increasingly weakened.In Chapter V, the author observes the course of development of democratic theory from 1966 to 1976. The author proposes because the judge of the CPC had errors with a wide range, the two status of the development of democractic theory had reunized wrongly. on the one hand revolutionary type developed abnormally, and brought to the heavy losses on democratic construction, on the other hand constructive type diffcultly developed. The wrong reunification produced a theoretical form that lacked of scientific theory to guide, and was reactionary to democratic theory in construction years. After full education, develpoing constuctive type gradually becomed the consensus of the whole Party and the masses.In Chapter VI, the author focuses the course of development of democratic theory from 1976 to 2002. The author proposes because the right judge of the CPC, the two status of the development of democractic theory had reunized rightly, and constructive type was basically formed. The CPC scientificly absorded essence,and inherited of ideas of constructive type. Constructive type achieved a qualitative leap of democratic theory from 1949, also is essentially a theory of socialist democratic thory with Chinese characteristics.In the conclusion, the author has summarized the course of development of democratic theory from 1949, and made the prospect of future development of theory.
