The "Tibet Issue" is a critical factor in communication of China and India. Its origins, development, solutions and trends are always one of the hottest issues in academic research. However, from a perspective of history and international politics, it is rare to put the "Tibet Issue" into observation under the Sino-Indian relations, and it is not systematic. The author has been doing researches on Tibetan culture and development, and is interested in studies of international politics. After careful consideration, the author decides to keep an doing in-depth research on this topic and hopes to receive fruitful achievements.The studies on "Tibet Issue" has a close tie with the studies on the Sino-Indian relations. British India and independent India have a great impact on the origins and development of the "Tibet Issue". The "Tibet Issue", indeed, is a historical product of imperialist aggression. It now has become an important factor on China's national unity. The reasons include the effects imposed by India. This power will definitely influence the further development of the Sino-Indian relations which will influence the settlement of "Tibet Issue". This paper is based on the "Tibet Issue", and it will analyze the origins and development of the "Tibet Issue" by using historical and dialectical method. This paper tries to offer solutions and logical analysis of future trends.On the whole, the paper consists of four parts. "Introduction" is the first part, which describes the significance of the topic, relevant researches, the basic framework of this study and research methods and it is the most important, difficult and creative part.Chapter one to three is the second part. This part examines the development of Sino-Indian relations and the origins, development and state of the art of the "Tibet Issue" through historical and dialectical methods. This section is the basic part of the paper to lay the foundation for later analysis of the use of international political theory. Because only by figuring out the Sino-Indian relations and the "Tibet issue", can the issue be further analyzed. The first chapter outlines the development of Sino-Indian relations since the establishment of diplomatic relations, and analyzes course of the development process where the problem is. The second chapter researches on the "Tibet issue", demonstrating the origins, development and current status of the "Tibet issue". The third chapter summarizes the characteristics of India's Tibet policy through studies of India's historical evolution of policies.Chapter four to six is the third part. This part mainly analyzes China and India's policies and factors behind the policies from the perspective of international politics. It helps us better understand the important reasons of "Tibet issue". The fourth chapter and fifth chapter study two reasons for India's policy on the "Tibet issue", which are domestic factors and international relations of the form factors. The sixth chapter analyzes the principles and positions of "Tibet issue" for China.Chapter seven is the fourth part of thesis. In light of the discussions of the previous six chapters, the author employes Game Theory of international politics to analyze the future trend of the Sino-Indian relations. First, the author analyzes China and India's choices on the "Tibet issue". Then the author briefly introduces on the basis of game theory, and makes a comparative analysis of the issue of "zero sum" and "non zero sum" game. Finally, the dissertation concludes that Sino-Indian relations will maintain a certain degree of disharmony under "win-win" situation.
