As long as we know, every step of the development and transformation of contemporary China's polity is very closely related to the change of the Chinese communist party itself, it will be very difficult to get the right answer of the Chinese political problems if not consider the Chinese communist party. Whatever develops Chinese polity, the Chinese communist party must be the single and unique ruling party in China, it must be on the highest position of the country and society, lead and promote all.
