Research On Democratic Supervision Of Party Members

The democratic supervision of party members is a form of inner-party supervision which subjects are based on party members.The "Party Constitution" stipulates the party members' supervisory rights and obligations,this is the logical starting point for the democratic supervision of party members.Improving this form of supervision is of great significance for enhancing inner-party supervision,improving the party and state supervision system,implementing inner-party democracy,and exercising strict governance over the party.In view of the existing problems,this paper comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research,historical analysis,systematic analysis,and new institutionalism.The paper aims to analyze the macro-theories of abstract levels at the beginning,and then sum up the historical experience and realistic dilemma of party members' democratic supervision.Last,the paper draw the main ways to improve the effectiveness of party members' democratic supervision in the micro-operation process.Therefore,building up the main framework for party members' democratic supervision,including ideological understanding,system implementation and rights protection.On the basis of the main framework,the democratic supervision of party members will be improved.The first chapter of this paper analyzes and clarifies the basic theory of party members' democratic supervision,including the basic concept definition,prerequisites and conditions,basic characteristics and value orientation;The second part combs the historical development of party members' democratic supervision,which is mainly divided into three periods: "New Democratic Revolution Period","Socialist revolution and construction period" and "New Period of Reform and Opening-up and Socialist Modernization Construction";In the third chapter,the thesis integrates the main problems and causes of the current inner-party supervision,and summarizes the dilemma as do not want to supervise,dare not to supervise,and can not supervise,and the cause of the problem is attributed to the insufficient development of the democratic culture within the party,the poor operation of the supervision channels and platforms,and the lack of specific enforcement power in relevant party regulations;The fourth part is in order to explore the method of strengthen and improve the democracy of party members.Based on the analysis of the previous concepts,historical experience andanalysis of causes.This part introduces the concept of "Political System Theory",through the "role-institution-value" analysis framework,putting forward the approach of respect the main status of party members,improve and implement relevant laws and regulations,expand the institutional channels of supervision of party members,exert the supervision role of the Internet and cultivate a healthy inner-party democratic culture.These five aspects are summarized as the main ways to improve the democratic supervision of party members.
