Research On The Ideological And Theoretical Education Of CPC During The Period Of The New-democratic Revolution

The CPC's ideological and theoretical education during the period of the new-democratic revolution developed with China's revolutionary struggle. Based on this, We divide the development course of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education during the period of new-democratic revolution into four stages:the exploratory and early stage of ideological and theoretical education during the CPC's established and revolutionary period, the formational and established stage of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education during agrarian revolution period, the mature and perfecting stage of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education during the Anti-Japanese War, the enriched and developed stage of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education during the war of liberation.During the new-democratic revolution, the Chinese Communist Party is the organizer and executor of ideological and theoretical education. Meanwhile, the Party itself is an object of ideological and theoretical education. The CPC's ideological and theoretical education is organized and implemented through propaganda specialized education agencies under its leadership. The members of education team comes from various departments mainly, such as the Party, government, military and the other groups, who are backbone of academic propaganda education, and intellectuals who experiences the CPC's special education training or revolutionary transformation. The CPC's early Marxist theory educators mostly have higher learning experiences of studying in Japan, France, the Soviet Union and other countries, with experience of educated and trained of specialized Marxist theory. The main target of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education is the CPC's general cadres, the people's army, the workers and the peasants. The general cadre is a leader of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education. The people's army is a key of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education. The workers and peasants are the foundation of the CPC's ideological theory education.During the new-democratic revolution, the CPC explored a successful way to educate the party's general cadres, the people's army, the workers and the peasants with ideological and theoretical education. It is a mode of ideological and theoretical education, which makes school education as the center, amateur education as the supporter, daily education as the basic education. The main content of CPC's ideological and theoretical education take the education of Marxism theory as the core and guidance, and it is enriched and developed with the concrete practice of Chinese revolution. Generally speaking, the core content and focus of the Party member cadres'ideological and theoretical education is Marxist theory, the main content of the ideological and theoretical education of people's army is political and ideological education, the main content of masses'ideological and theoretical education is communist ideology education and party's policies education.During the new-democratic revolution, the CPC's ideological and theoretical education always implemented the basic principle which is theory combined with practice. Specifically speaking, in the period of propaganda and education of Marxist theory to the Party member cadres, social people from all walks of life and the broad masses of the people, it is persisting connecting closely with the democratic revolution straggle actual throughout, closely contacting each revolutionary base production and construction practice, closely connecting with the Party member cadres and masses'actual. We must make ideological and theoretical education service for democratic revolution, the production and construction of the liberated areas, and solving actual problems of the masses. In the presupposition of persisting in basic principle of theory combining with practice, the CPC's ideological and theoretical education according to different education objects comprehensively use infusion method, such as language infusion, text infusion and so on. Also, it utilized independent education and consolidation and the rectification movement methods, for example, democratic discussion, self-learning and typical demonstration. The purpose is to maximize its education scope, enhance education effect, and improve the quality of ideological and theoretical education.During the new-democratic revolution, the CPC's ideological and theoretical education cooperated the revolutionary and struggle development effectively, and accumulated valuable experience. We must always take the CPC's leadership as politic guarantee of conducting ideological and theoretical education, take raising the theoretical level of cadres and the class political consciousness of workers and peasants as a fundamental goal, adhere to the political orientation of scientific, politicized and revolutionary of the CPC's ideological and theoretical education, adhere to the winning magic weapon of combining solving ideological problems with settling practical problems. During the new-democratic revolution, the CPC follow the basic rule of ideological and theoretical education to promote the education.
