In 1980's, the production of criminology knowledge inherited the traditional torn of criminology study. It followed the single logic of knowledge and changed and gamed with the traditional paradigm and logic. In the 1990's, researchers witnessed the booming of the production of criminology knowledge- In this period, researchers upheld the quality of academic research and became confident and independent. It equals to the traditional logic of knowledge, and the field of knowledge also found its related context. In the 21st century, the production of criminology knowledge focuses more on the academic independence and innovation, and concerns more about its academic quality and contribution in the different stages of social transition.
