Contemporary Chinese Law-abiding Problem Research

Governing the country by law is the starting point and the foothold in the progress of the socialist legal practice with Chinese characteristics in respects of legislation, justice and law enforcement. Making the law being complied with by its people (Legal compliance) is the ultimate pursuit of a socialist legal country. The level of legal compliance reflects, to some extent, the progress of legal advances of a country. Therefore, without effective and efficient legal compliance, the construction of a socialist legal country can only be the castle in the air. The conformity of people to the law can serve as a hub for all the respects, stages and process of legal operation and therefore demonstrates the significance and value of its research.From an academic point of view, the research on legal compliance plays a great role in better comprehending of the importance of the research of itself and the deepening of research on complex socio-history and cultural factors of legal compliance, which would further facilitate the research of legal operation in an all round fashion. At the same time, the research promotes the comprehension of the status quo of legal system in China and its forming basis, and helps to find possible approach of solving current issues with respect of legal advances. It will also inspire and be helpful for legal philosophy research and other relevant academic researches. In terms of its practicing value, legal compliance serves as a key factor for the implementation phase of governing the country by law. It is also important if it is to achieve the building of a comprehensive well-off and harmonious society and by extension, the rising of educational level of the ordinary people in China and its soft power.This essay is guided by Theories of World View and Methodology of Marx and takes a comprehensive measure of analysis. The research adopted Marx's Theory and used cross-disciplinary method which contains studies of politics, ethics and laws. It adheres to the principle of multi-dimensional analysis-from history to contemporary, from horizontal to vertical, and from theoretical to practical-when carrying out the comprehensive research on legal compliance. This essay laid special emphasis on the theories, practices, factors and operational methods regarding legal compliance as well as the lessons learnt from overseas. This essay focuses on and starts from Labor's Contract Law. It gives an in-depth and systematic analysis on the issues and causes of issues regarding legal compliance in China. And it takes explorative measures to build a pragmatic approach in China's own legal compliance advances by adhering to the fundamental principles of legal construction in China and learning from practical experiences overseas for the modern and open cause of legal compliance with Chinese characteristics.For the purpose of further deepening research on issues of contemporary legal compliance in China, this essay boasts the following creative features:(1) This essay lays greater emphasis on the field research, and pays special attention to research of the feasibility regarding research methods and patterns thus the real status quo of legal compliance and law popularization in China is reflected;(2) Research method and perspective have been updated, the vision of cross-disciplinary approach has been expanded, and multi approaches have been adopted in writing this essay;(3) It treats legal compliance as an integrated organ and focuses on the theories and field research of Labor Contract Law.
