A Study On Utilization Red Resourses In Popularization Of Socialist Core Values System

Hu Jintao, the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, has pointed in the report at the17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we will incorporate the Socialist Core Values System into all stages of national education and the entire process of cultural and ethical progress, and we will explore effective ways of letting the System of Socialist Core Values guide the trends of thought and take the initiative in ideological work. These words help us know the significance of the Socialist Core Values System. Serving as the soul of our national prosperity and representing the essence of our socialist advanved culture, this core values system determines the socialism development with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, we must build up the System of Socialist Core Values because this is not only a great theoretical innovation in our party's ideological and cultural work construction but also an important strategic mission that our Communist Party has entitled us. In order to popularize the core values system extensively and make it function fully and effectively, we should make great efforts to develop locally excellent Red Culture and to exploit actively excellent Red Resources so as to fully implement the nationwide education of Socialist Core Values System., which is the main approach to strenthening the education work in its fascination and cohesion. In this sense, how to popularize the Socialist Core Values System by utilizing wisely Red Resources has become a significant project of the time about deepening ideological and political work that needs to be explored seriously for us to carry out the sprits embodied in the the17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is acknowledged that we have gone through a time featured with diverse outlooks on values, people's lack of social responsibilities, people's loss in political belief at different levels and confusions in ideal belief, resulting from the fast development of market economy since the reform and opening of China to the outside world. Meanwhile, when we are putting the popularization of Socialist Core Values System into practice, we have to face both problems that we must give much attention to, and many challenges from all sides. That's why we will make every effort to explore positively new methods and new carriers of ideological and political work; that's why we will make every effort to give the education of ideological and political work distinct characters of the Chinese nation and people, of innovation, of the times, of innate laws, of practice, while we are inheriting those good traditions of our Communist Party in ideological and political work. When all these current situations and conditions having been taken into consideration, the selecting of this paper's topic becomes meaningful and consistent with opinions held by our central government.This paper focuses on how to exploit effectively and utilize well the Red Resources in the new situation of our times so that we can make full use of its value in education and of its function of educating people by incorporating it into the construction and educational work of the Socialist Core Values System. Specifically speaking, this paper starts with a careful explanation of the realistic image of Red Resources utilization and Socialist Core Values System popularization. Then it discusses the inner-consistence and interrelationship between Red Resources utilization and Socialist Core Values System popularization. What's more, based on some case analysis, this paper makes some proposals and suggestions on how Red Resources can be used to help promote the popularization of Socialist Core Values System. These proposals and suggestions are mainly concluded as the followings: First, the innovatively educational ideals should be stressed. Second, the educational achivements of our times should be made for the Socialist Core Values System. Third, educational forms with speciality should be developed to popularize the Socialist Core Values System. Fourth, a timing system characterized with socialist core values should be constructed effectively. Fifth, the educational bases to practice the socialist core values system should be built widely.After these proposals and suggestions mentioned above, this paper ends with several problems that we may encounter in using Red Resources and popularizing Socialist Core Values System.In another word, the utimate goal of this paper is to continously enrich and enhance the spiritual world of our people in China, strengthen our people's spiritual power, build a spiritual home for them with the help of those spiritual, cultural products and services embodied in our Socialist Core Values System.By exploring new ways to educate people with good beliefs, good revolutionary traditions and patriotism at the new historical stage, this paper has expanded greately the relative research field so as to make better use of educational resources in ideological and moral education, so as to solve problems in methodology and help develop the educational function of Red Resources.To sum up, only when we combine the utilization of Red Resources with the education of Socialist Core Values System among people, can they work better and promote each other by bringing their advantages respectively into full play. Only in this way can we see the practical function that the education of Socialist Core Values System has, and only in this way can we keep on deepening such eduction among people.
