The Human capital theory was first proposed by the Western economists when they studied the reasons that cause economical growth. Human capital is one of the key factors and has tremendous effect on economical growth. This thesis reviewed and described the concepts of the Human capital theory, its emergence and development, the ways of investment of human capital, as well as the the ways how human capital forms. The effects of human capital investment on economical growth in China rural areas are described in details. The urgency of enlargement of human capital investment in those areas is analyzed. A detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis for the level of investment for human capital and the up-to-date level of human capital is proceeded. The contribution to the rural economical growth due to rural education, labor transfer is analyzed, the problems encountered are discussed. Based on the analysis for the present situation of agricultural scientific research and exploit in China, a Princial-agent incentive model for agricultural scientific and technological input is established. Incentive mechanism from the central government in the input of science and technology, and the incentive mechanism of the input linked with profit distribution are discussed. Based on the analysis of the problems emerged in forming rural human capital, a Game theory based analytical model is made with which peasants?attitude towards agricultural training and related problems are analyzed. Through the monitoring its execution with the game theory model, necessity and possibility for monitoring the forming course of rural capital is indicated. Based on the analysis of present situation in rural fundamental education and related problems, a practical rural education model is established, a theoretically analysis for both continuous and discontinuous cases is proceeded. Only the modernization could give decisive contribution to the economic growth. China is now still the biggest agricultural country in the world. Such a basic national situation decides the extremely importance of the development of agriculture, rural economy as well as peasant problems. In order to promote a stable economic growth in rural area of China, there must be a significant increasing of human capital investment for the rural areas. It is one of the main problems that the China government is facing to.
