Fund is one of the prerequisites to the growth and development of Small Agro -Related Enterprises (SAKE). Based on positive analysis of SARE current financing status which is in a difficult position, the thesis has discussed causes of formation to SARE financing in macro and micro ways, explored appropriate financing mode to SARE as well as discussed measures of solving the financing problems of SARE as to foster the development of SARE and guarantee the sound development of rural economy and national economy as a whole.There are 8 chapters in the thesis.Chapter 1 .IntroductionThe purposes and meanings of the research have been introduced first. Then the thesis has summarized and evaluated relevant research trends in the domestic and outer. Finally it has demonstrated research thoughts, methods and new ideas.Chapter 2. Basic Theories of Finance to SAREThis part has stressed on theoretical study. First, the thesis has defined SARE. From the normative point, SARE has been defined as the enterprises that "have smaller scale of production and lower market shares, don't play dominant rote in agro-related industry, have no complicated structures of management which medium and large enterprises involved in the industry should have." From the quantitative point, SARE has been defined from labors, assets and income, according to enterprises of labors concentrated and capital concentrated. SARE will share favorable policies. Second, the thesis has defined some basic concepts, such as finance, methods of finance, mode of finance, structure of finance, etc. Which will help the following research. Third, the thesis has reviewed and evaluated the theories of the structure of finance in western modern enterprises. It considers that we can import some important conclusions to improve the status of enterprises' finance in China.Chapter 3. Evaluation on the Financing Patterns of SARE and Their FunctionsThis is research basis of the thesis. After clarifying the classifications of financing patterns, there are two financing patterns in it, internal financing and external financing. The former includes the items of profit-deducted capital, depreciation funds, internal money raising and owner collecting, etc. The latter includes the items of bank loans, commercial credit, financing lease, stock financing, venture capital, joint operation and joint venture, etc. Meanwhile, the thesis designs a system of Functional Evaluation Index which is composed of six indexes, they are financing cost, financing risk, financing elasticity, financing facility and society effects. Finally, the thesis has evaluated the above financing patterns with Fizzy Comprehensive Evaluation Methods (FCEM) and drawn the following conclusions:1. Internal financing, which function is best, is the predominant financing pattern for SARE. 2. Among external financing methods, the function ofcommercial credit, bank loans and financial lease is stronger than others. 3. The comprehensive function of other newly emerged financing methods, such as venture capital, is not ideal, but considering by mono-factor, it can not only make up the need of capital but also import advanced techniques and managerial experiences, hence facilitate to transfer scientific results to practice and improve the market share of the product. The newly emerged financial method is meaningful to SAKE. 4. To optimizing financing structure, enterprises should keep an appropriate ratio among internal financing, external financing and direct financing. This will expand the financing channels, improve financing structure and realize the sustainable operation for SARE to encourage and assist them to dip into capital market and encourage their direct financing.Chapter 4. Positive Analysis on Current Situations of SARE FinancingThis chapter has stressed on positive analysis. The thesis has considered that: 1.
