SME plays an important role in solving employment, economic development, technological innovation as an important part of the national economy. Enterprises need financing in the development process, but SME financing is very difficult, however, compared with large enterprises. SMEs’Financing is a worldwide problem, but create a favorable financing environment and financing mechanisms Still help to improve the financing difficulties of SMEs. In order to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in China, in this paper, an overview of SME financing to proceed, propose the Suggestion to Improve SME Credit Guarantee.
