Overseas Chinese And International Relations In The World-Systems: A Historical Analysis And Reflecting

The aim of this thesis named Overseas Chinese and International Relations in the World-Systems: A Historical Analysis and Reflecting is to reveal the essence of the historical development of Overseas Chinese in the perspective of International Relations, while taking the changing of the World-Systems as an analytical background and the mutual affect and interrelation of Overseas Chinese and International Relations as the theme, meanwhile, to make a rational reflecting on some historical events in the studies of Overseas Chinese from the World System Theory and other theories of International Relations. The contents of the thesis include that:(l)to make an overall thinking on the studies of Overseas Chinese and International Relations in science;(2)to make a rational criticism on the World System Theory that we know;(3)to make a historical analysis and reflecting on the mutual affect and interrelation of Overseas Chinese and International Relations from the perspective of the World-Systems;(4)to make a thinking on the meanings of the development history of Overseas Chinese from the perspective the International Relations. There are two differences from the other studies of Overseas Chinese in this thesis:(l)the analysis on Overseas Chinese from the perspective of International Relations expands the field and perspective of the studies on Overseas Chinese;(2)the emphasis on the Subject-centered Approach and the Whole-formed Concept of Overseas Chinese.
