International Political Analysis Of The Chinese Overseas Immigrants In The21^st Century

Since the1970s, China set off a wave of immigrants as the foreign. In view ofthe continued immigrant phenomenon, different theories at home and abroad couldnot integrate the explanation about them. This paper try to make clear the influenceproducted by the Chinese oveaseas immigration from the international politicaldimension, which expression could be found in transformation of National createstrategy、political ecological logic and identity crisis, and we will describe theevolution and current situation of China’s overseas immigrants briefly.As part of the international migration，over the past twenty years, there was asignificant growth of overseas immigrants in China. Throughout the history ofinternational migration in the developing process, the migrating population scale hasthe direct relevation with international environment, national political, economicdevelopment and natural condition. First, the interest drive under the backgroundof economic globalization; In the second, the natural appeal producted by thedeveloped countries which suffered from labor shortages; In the third, The catalyticrole in the growth of natural and social conditions. China reclaimed the rise ofancient country must be achieved under the peaceful way, which is mutuallybeneficial and win-win rather than predatory expansion. China’s overseas migrationis an important part of international migration, China’s population migration on aglobal scale will also bring the positive and negative effects on the world economyand the development of human society, which was similar to the other countriesimmigration activities. The enlargement of the Chinese overseas immigrants is animportant symbol, which suggested that China move towards openness and standproudly in the family of nations. Report of the15th national congress of CPC reaffirmed that China will devote itself to promote the establishment of newinternational political and economic order, which will be fair and reasonable. Andput forward that countries should transcend the differences in social system andideology, respect each other, expand cooperation, seek the common overlap interests,cope with the challenge that was confronted with the human survival anddevelopment.For judging a country’s competitive strength, the international immigrationintention will be one of the most sensitive and accurate signal. In this paper, we willanalyze the influence of China’s domestic immigration policy loophole and attemptsto propose solutions via three aspects, which reflected in impact of Chinese FolkDiplomacy, Brain Drain and the Wealth of Nations, Labor Structure that Chineseoveaseas immigration caused. With China’s national strength increasing, we arelooking forward to the Chinese could achieve real free immigration early at theinternational level. China mainland could also obtain the eventual outcome throughthe means of talent flow, including the population quantity dynamic equilibriumbetween origin and destination, guarantee the stability of national strategy, achievethe vision of China rise with peaceful way.
