This dissertation studies a new mathematical method with strong practical applications, namely Indeterminacy Mathematics Method and it's applications in economy and manages.Indeterminacy Mathematics Method is a new method possessing utility and cross style which studies indeterminacy phenomena and unknown phenomena. The mathematics method that studies indeterminacy phenomena is called Indeterminacy Mathematics Method. The awaiting problems in many subjects such as Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Synthetic Assessment, Clustering Analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Linear Programming and Forecast etc. all can be solved objectively, practically and rationally by using Indeterminacy Mathematics Method. The Indeterminacy Mathematics Method of solving these problems includes fuzzy mathematics, gray system theory and attribute mathematics. This dissertation will discuss the applications of Indeterminacy Mathematics Method in Opsearch and Control Theory for Economy and Management. The aim is to attempt the applications of new mathematics method in other fields. It first recapitulates the basic theory and actuality about fuzzy set, gray systems and attribute mathematics. On this basis, some new theories and ways are presented, and they are substantiated from Opsearch and Control Theory as well as examples. Around the related range of Opsearch and Control Theory, the problems in economy and management are solved by use of Indeterminacy Mathematics Method. The whole dissertation consists of eight chapters. The primary contents and harvests of research will be generalized as follows:The contents and characteristics of Indeterminacy Mathematics Method are introduced in the first chapter. What problems may be solved and how to solve them by using the Indeterminacy Mathematics Method are discussed. The knowledge coming down to Opsearch and Control Theory is also briefly introduced. In this chapter, a master clew is listed basing on the clou of this dissertation. The source of problems, the basic methods of solving problems and real reflections of solved problems are presented. A majority of contents in these methods is an original way created by the author. These methods combining Opsearch and Control Theory have already get triumphant applications in economy and management.The basic theories, applications, reality and development of fuzzy set are introduced in the second chapter. Since L.A.Zadeh who is Control Theory expert of U.S.A. has presented Fuzzy Set in 1965, the increasing problems all may be solved by using fuzzy mathematics method. Especially, fuzzy linear optimize model has better excellence than ordinary linear optimize model. Since fuzzy methods set foot in optimize theory, the optimize problems having fuzzy aim function or fuzzy restricted equations have get solved. At the same time the actual stronger examples also are solved in economy and management fields.In the third chapter, the new concepts and operations of disturbing fuzzy set andindisturbing sub-function are presented. The synthetic assessment model and its applications are also presented on the basis of disturbing fuzzy set. It is worth mention that the researches in fuzzy disturbing operator property and the invariance of fuzzy operator for interval variable have laid the basis of applications of indeterminacy mathematics method in Opsearch and Control Theory for economy and management. Therefore, the disturbing fuzzy linear programming is established and applied objectively, reasonably, practically in economy and management.The basic theory, actuality and development of gray system are introduced in the fourth chapter. The applications of gray system theory are extensive and sufficient in economy and management. This theory has already pervaded many subjects such as Opsearch and Control Theory.
