Chinese exporters and producers suffered a number of unfair anti-dumping investigations in the last more than ten years. Present, China has been a WTO member, but number of anti-dumping investigation we suffered is still increasing, which is 23 during the former half of this year and is the most all over the world.Chemical industrial products are the most serious in Chinese anti-dumping. Chemical industry has been matured in the world market that leads to chemical industrial products exceed. On the contrary, the fact is focused that Chinese chemical industrial need booms and the behavior that developed chemical industrial companies snatch Chinese domestic market shares through dumping and unfair trade competition has been occurred. Large amounts of international chemical industrial products enter into domestic market, in which more and more products are doubt for dumping and chemical industrial products are the most in those have been judgeddumping in China till now.A series of illusive injury indexes are classified and optimized by fuzzy clustering method on the base of indexes qualification in this paper. And then, indexes' weights are optimized by fuzzy neural network. Finally, a fuzzy multiplayer synthetical judging method is taken to establish a model of injury and injury degree in anti-dumping investigation on chemical product. The model is with certain veracity after verification with judged cases, so that the model does help to the injury and injury degree in chemical industrial anti-dumping investigation, and also to the decision of relative policies in China.
